Terms & Conditions

Do read our T&C carefully.

If you are not comfortable with the T&C, please do not join.

Please make payment within 24 hours after sending in your orders.
NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER
Once we received your order form, you are NOT allowed to make any changes. Refunds will not be made if you cancel your orders after making payment.
Please fill up all the necessary information and check to ensure the particulars are correct.
Average duration of a spree is about 3-5 weeks. Do be patient if there happens to be a delay. If you are the impatient sort, do not join.
We will not be held responsible for defective, error or paid but missing items in any circumstances. No refunds will be made in this case.
Spree will be cancelled if response is poor. Refunds will be made.

Fashion Lovers will not be responsible if you place your orders wrongly. Please double-check your orders before sending in.

Payment Charges (PLEASE TAKE NOTE!)

GST may be incurred. Join only if comfortable. We'll try to avoid incurring GST charges.
Exchange rate: US$1 = SG$1.45
(Top up is required if the bank charged at a higher rate)
Handling Fee: $1 for cosmetics, $1.50 per item for light accessories / $2 per item for caps, shawl, belt, wallet, wig / $2.50 per item for apparel, bags, shoes
Calculation of all charges
First Payment: Cost of items + Handling fees in SGD
Second Payment: Shipping Charges + Possible GST + Local Postage

Shipping Details (PLEASE TAKE NOTE!)

0.5 units: Accessories, Undies, Bikinis, Wallets, Clutches
1.0 units: Tees, Tops, Light tunic tops
1.5 units: Tunics, Light dresses, Skirts, Shorts
2.0 units: Heavier dresses, Berms, Sweaters, Jackets
2.5 units: Jeans, Pants, Bags, Shoes & everything else that is heavy

Fashion Lovers reserve the right to vary item count if it differs from estimates. Shipping will be split according to what we feel is fair to everyone.

Mode of Distribution

Local Normal/Registered mail.
We do provide a return address.

Fashion Lovers will not be responsible if your items get damaged in transition, whether from USA to SG or my house to yours.
